It look like it could be red blotch disease it a common disease of corydoras I would treat with maracyn2 and aquarium salt 1table spoon for 3gallons your Tetras won't get red blotch disease they should be fine

I have looked in my ian.a.m fuller corydoras book and can't find a cory with that pattern on body and black mask overs eyes there are similar corys not the quiet the same

I have done that with my water lettuce works great stops my filter in take getting bloked
