    @TheSwissAquaristthe contest is on!: its not in the picture (i added it after) but i am heating mine. I added at 8watt heater, which i surrounded with filter floss to prevent any plastic melting (ive heard stories) (8wats should be perfect for this container size). I have fed out some crushed Community Crave ( @nabokovfan87 i could not seperate the flakes they were too fine, will krill kill the BBS?). so well see how this project goes. also new fish art, any guesses? (Not at all my best work).

    @TheSwissAquarist@Sonder BBS harvesting as i speak, i will post a picture of them in the growout container as well, once theyve been fully harvested (it will be an edit of this post)

    @Jurrian Hering has long as there are no visible symptoms physically or behaviorally it should be safe to move the rams out.

    its a matter of wording, as i said. If i said "the world is flat" you could say im wrong. but i said "my opinion is x" you cant say "you're wrong" because how can you change my opinion?

    so the tetra 50 is an air pump? sorry that was supposed to be a question, you cant just keep the airstone in the tank the whole time?

    i am taking it the wrong way, you dont understand what im saying. I said "in my opinion" what my opinion is cannot be mistaken, its MY opinion. But dont take this personally, you are ignoring a vital word, and its bothering me. if i said "platies are the best fish" you could disagree but you really cant disagree with what my opinion is. (im not trying to sound angry, im just standing my point, based on yours) (please dont flag)

    you cant just keep the airstone in the tank the whole time. to prevent splashing maybe put it under some sort of anubias leaf or something, it will help diffuse the splashing before it hits the top, the point is getting the oxygen dissolved into the water. can you please explain this further, i do not understand.

    @Chick-In-Of-TheSea i dont think you understand. part of the fun of this project is that neither of really know what we are doing, if one of us did, it wouldnt be so fun anymore. correct me if im wrong @TheSwissAquarist

    Mine are still hatching. Im at school right now so i cant harvest them yet. but when i get home ill be able to add mine to their pretzel container full of salt water.

    i feed mine things like Community crave, and xtreme bottom wafers, which both have good vegetable content in them.

    question: How come if im following someone. and they post on a thread, then someone else posts on that thread aswell in a close time, the notifacation will say "x and y commented on x topic" when i was only following x.

    i have a platy right now that has a red spot instead of the black spot, but that does mean that its pregnant.

    i dont know about the snake, but be sure to disinfect the tank before use with bleach or something.
