    I’ve read up on the subject, and it seems that Endler fanatics call them ‘blondies’, and that breeding blondies to get her only brings out stablndard fry; along with the fact that blondie males are quite rare.

    Huge congrats on spwning a wild caught betta!! I can’t wait to see what the fry look like while they grow up! What other Labyrinths are you thinking of getting?

    About 5+, if stocking levels are low. I made a mistake in getting only 3 when I did my 63 liter: I just ended up with a marbled one ruling it all, while the other two were stunted and went into a friends 25 gal.

    Try turning the light up; it seems a bit dim. Looks a bit like phosphate deficiency, but I’m not sure… Have you got any idea @Dark River Aquatics @Mmiller2001?? I’m a bit stumped!

    A fun set up would be glass catfish with SAEs. (I don’t know what your budget looks like). Angelfish, SAEs, and a sassy danio school would also be cool.

    I usually add some aged tank water, and don’t bother with cycling. Make sure to throw the water away afterwards!
