  1. The link just takes me to a Reddit post: 🤷‍♂️
  2. And ✨ garlic ✨! Gets me great results with tetras & bettas. 🙃
  3. Have you made sure to take them out of their pots? PSO is usually quite a hardy plant. Are any other plants showing signs of this?
  4. Most plants melt back to create different leaves that are more suited to the water where they live. Are there any new shoots coming up around the base of each plant? Any fish that could be eating the plants ?
  5. Hi all; I recently bought 6 of these guys (they were flaring in the store, I couldn’t help myself!) and was wondering if 2 of them are actually a different species? 4 are a sort of deep black, while the other 2 have red ventral fins. Help appreciated! I’m trying to get into Tetra breeding for my clubs annual auction.
  6. @tolstoy21 Sorry to dig up this old topic again! I’ve done my research, and it seems that tetras only really get into spawning mood when kept in a species only setup; would this concur with your experience? My neons seem like my Holy Grail these days 😜!
  7. Sounds like a fun sort of desktop tank. They usually just cruise around and eat whatever food they find on their travels. 🐸
  8. I’m waiting for the day when @Cory posts “Finished the store expansion today!”
  9. It's the freakiest thing ever isn't it? I remember trying to fix a neon lighting system that came with a tank and getting a nasty shock when I unplugged the plug. ⚡
  10. Idk if this applies to all corys, but Salt'n'pepper corydoras fertile rate goes up in colder water. (Feeding the fry is a pain in the butt; I'm on my 9th attempt after my previous batch died at the age of 2 weeks thanks to a bust heater)
  11. I'm actually kinda tempted. Who would wanna/be willing to be interviewed by a 16 yo?
  12. Nitrate turns into nitrite after being absorbed by plants if I'm not mistaken, so its unlikely that the food shall decompose and turns into nitrates and nitrites in 5-10 mins. Alternatively you could also test the water before feeding. 🙃
  13. Is the inside edge flapping a bit? @nabokovfan87
  14. Welcome to the forum!! What kind of light do you have?
  15. The look of the 75 gallon rummy-nose tank is amazing! Which tanks you're favourite?
  16. Good to see you back! I’d made a mental note to ask about the fish-she-shed!
  17. Are aquarium plants able to suck up tannins in the same way that they suck up ammonia?
  18. Be prepared for some of the usual jokes and stuff…teachers also sometimes retract their permission. 😏
  19. Looks a bit like the Sixtine Chapel roof. 😂
