    Great fun at the fish swap: Managed to get Glass cats, green shrimp, Apistos, ADFs, and a couple of plants. It opened at 1:30 in the afternoon, and my dad and I got stuck in a traffic jam…so we only arrived at 2:40. There were quite a lot of empty tanks, and so much of the stuff I was looking for was gone!😒 After a lot of squashed waiting (very small venue for that kind of thing) I managed to get the fun stuff remaining and leave. Main sorrow: Metallic Eyed livebearers were grabbed from under my nose! Main upside: Glass Cats look great; same as shrimp and crypts (trying my hand at those). Froggin picture 🐸: We also stopped at a pet store on the way home for dog food. Swiss dog chow brands really need to get their act together on the marketing front. 🤣

    My sisters hamster Pineapple has passed on…. 80 x 35 x 40 divided by 1000= 112 litres Just right for neons and Apistogramma??

    Over here there’s a black variant called ‘Dark Rose’….but since he’s from blue lineage, Sapphire or Cobalt seem like good options. @TeeJay P.S. Thanks for thinking of me, and I expect someone will think of some better ones. 😁

    Dwarf crayfish are banned in Switzerland, as are most Apple Snails; but I have seen some at my LFS as “expensive nerites XXL” 🤣😜

    Works with practically any plants apart from Val and Amazon swords…very useful!
