  1. I miss Galaxy Rasboras. We will never see them again. 😆
  2. I hid the thread while we consider the policies around polls.
  3. Thank you for being a part of our community and sharing your journey.
  4. You are talking yourself into two 75G tanks. I love it.
  5. A quick search suggests that 98F kills zebra mussels. I found an article from the University of Vermont, but I am too tired to read it tonight. https://scholarworks.uvm.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1156&context=hcoltheses
  6. It looks deciduous and not coniferous, so that is good. If it is heavy enough to sink, you might not have to wait. I would not be worried about trying to sterilize. Leave it in the sun for a bit if you have worries, or zebra mussels in your water system.
  7. The neighbors are friends with my cat, Valcour. They must be aware that he helps fertilize the raised beds. 🙂 They have water plumbed to each bed, but I don't know if it is currently active. I spoke to them about putting my tubs out next to the beds, so next summer might be interesting!
  8. My neighbors have a beautiful garden that I get to see every day. I gave them extra soil, and recently some tank water buckets with mulm.
  9. I’m really looking forward to this presentation. The first two were excellent, but I love aquatic plants so much!
  10. I think that I have more Aquarium Co-Op plants than I have fish!
  11. Just be patient and manage the lighting. Let us know how it goes. It looks sweet.
  12. I have kept fresh and marine. This journal is like an action movie with proper surprises.
  13. Let’s see if @Bob has any anecdotes about this!
  14. Just to piggyback on @Guppysnail's post: I like the term 'utility tanks', for standby tanks which can be used for multiple functions, including quarantine, staging plants and wood, keeping sponge filters ready, or offering hydration for a cat who prefers moving water.
  15. I think Anubias is my easiest epiphyte, and Dwarf Sagittaria is my easiest rooted plant.
  16. I am trying to simplify. I moved all the wood and plants from my buckets into my tanks.
  17. I put mine in tanks or buckets with a Fluval Plant 3.0 Nano and sponge filter, so I can be really lazy, and take my time.
  18. I do school IT, and it is insane in-service week. I just spent a moment thinking about how I can mark this ticket as resolved.
  19. I often stage Co-Op plants, but only because I like to wait for inspiration to do the actual planting. I don’t worry about anything that I have ordered.
  20. I just tested signing out and back in, using Safari on my iPhone. Make sure you are using your email address, as we turned off username sign-in a few months ago to make everyone's account more secure.
  21. I love wild-type Neocaridina with the natural camouflage.
  22. White Clouds and Neocaridina can survive under ice.
  23. @Vanish, time for an aquarium journal with a matching signature link!
