    Maybe add some rocks and hardscape, along with some Wonder Shells to get a bit of calcium in there for building up their exoskeleton.

    Shell dwellers spring to mind, or maybe some killifish with some Pygmy cories (wink @Schuyler!) … maybe a large school of a cheap tetra, because that always impresses people.

    Yet to meet someone who doesn’t think plecos eat fish poop 🤦‍♂️, but my local aquarium club has a couple of members who try their best to fit as many aquariums into their houses. One even runs their light off a solar panel!!

    When it comes to hair algae I find the best cure is manually removing it with a toothbrush 😂. For the first couple of months that I got my 65 gal I spent a lot of $$ on ‘algae cures’. None worked, so I just bit the bullet and remove it twice a week.

    @Zenzo does some brackish stuff, but seeing as Kribs are African Cichlids, I doubt they could thrive in a brackish environment.
