  1. That looks like a prolapse. I would ask @Coluon how to treat it because I’ve never seen a prolapse in one of my aquariums but I’ve seen it happen in others aquariums. I hope your fish gets better!
  2. I’ve never seen blue Convict Cichlids those are so cool. 🤩
  3. So I kinda rescaped my 5 gallon today. It had about 8 inches of JUST HORNWORT and I knew I had to make some changes. Here is my tank before I took the hornwort out. Note- I hadn’t taken picture of my tanks in a while so the hornwort was ALOT worse. And here is my new scape and plants Please give me your thoughts on my tank and please give it a rating from 1 star to 5 stars and what I should do to make it better. Current fish and inverts Five Golden White clouds About 9 ghost shrimp (Probably more because there was is female with eggs. 4 Pygmy cories (I actually think 2 of the females have eggs because they are BIG) And finally about 30 Ramshorn snails
  4. I’ve seen that before. I have seen it at a local petsmart. Idk what they are though.
  5. Normally just sponge filters and merch. To be honest I haven't ordered from the Co-Op as much as I wish I had at other stores. But hoping to in the future order ALOT more from the Co-Op!
  6. Desert plant is definitely hornwort I have it in all 8 of my tanks and my pond. I also really like cryptocoryne spiralis. Probably my desert fish is guppies DEFINETLY. I have three tanks dedicated just to guppies and I'm about to set up a spare three gallon for select breeding guppies.
  7. It could of cracked because maybe it had worn out. How long have you have that decoration in there?
  8. Well mostly because I have a baby Bn of my own that I bought from a LFS that looks exactly like those. (Not Mine) But here is a pic of a baby Albino BN that I found on the internet
  9. @anewbie Those are definetly Albino Bn Pleco fry! CONGRATS 🥳
  10. I've kept amanos with ghost and cherry and they did perfectly fine!
  11. Hmmm I think without the SAE it wouldn't be overstocked because they grow HUGE. Mine is like 4 inches right now and getting close to 5 in my 29 gallon. Also another thing about the SAE is the poop a TON. Every time I see mine he is pooping. Yours seems on the smaller side right now but he will grow huge so if you have a bigger tank I would think about rehoming him. Otherwise you should be fine. Keep a close check on your Ammonia and Nitrites then you should be fine. Have a great weekend!!!
  12. If your in college I would suggest ghost shrimp. They are feeder shrimp and should live around 2-3 years and are super cheap. Not a lot of fish that can fit in a ten gallon will live 10 years so you are very limited.
  13. Dangit I wish my lfs has some of those Koi Ricefish they look pretty cool.
