    I love it, id try to clean up the algae best you can. I find it amazing your not using a filter, will u continue not using one? Other then that in my opinion i dont think you have to many. Just maybe do a trim

    Thanks alot. I never thought about putting it the long way i might try that. Im thinking about getting a plant in the far back in the center. Theres a plant ive been eyeing on. Im hoping my monte carlo will carpet. I bought a piece of mat monte carlo in the front from a website. Its been getting brown it was much greener when i got it. Hoping the new light will make a difference

    Good morning to all. I joined this forum about a week ago, i was looking for help im new to the hobby. My son has a 10 gallon tank in his room with 4 tetras and afew plants. I have a 10g waterbox planted aquarium with no fish yet, 1 assassin snail to get rid of the pest snails. I was using a nicrew 5watt aquarium light. Felt i needed an upgrade light for my plants so i ordered the Fluval 3.0 led nano light. I set it up and wasnt sure how to set the Daylight colors. So im using the plant mode but instead of a 6am to 7 sunrise i set it to 8am to 9 (aquarium is right next to my bed). And night time Blue light from 5% to 10%. I do get alot of brown dusty algae on the rocks hopefully the light can help with that also. If any has any opinions on my Daylight settings or scheduling at all please feel free to reply.     Just got the Fluval Led nano light for my 10 gallon planted aquarium. This is the lighting schedule i have it on. As far as the daylight percentages i didnt really know what to change them to so i left them alone. If anyone has any tips for how high or low to put my settings it would help a bunch

    Have a planted 10 gallon with just a snail for now. I love the tank probably one of the best. I had to get a custom lid built for it

    Can those same settings be used on a 10 gallon planted tank? I just order the Fluval 3.0 nano today. Think i need a better light, using a 5 watt necro

    Course sponge looks like its not long enough for filter,other then that you have a beautiful tank

    Thanks, im a beginner also. I think im gonna go with just the neon tetras most likely, ive been having trouble with snails so i bought an assassin snail last week hope he can do the job. Im just waiting for plants to grow a little esp the monte carlo. Been having trouble growing it into a foreground mat

    I started a 10 gallon freshwater planted tank 5 months ago (no fish yet) i used eco complete for my substrate and started seeing snails. I know snails are good for your tank but i dont want them at all, i net them out every time i see them, ive tried medications. ( copper, snail zap, kordon rid-ich plus) Nothing seems to help. Any suggestions ????
