Normally its unnecessary to lower ph. But another way I've seen people do is, not changing water which over time acidifys. But this method is normally used when you have a planted tank.
The cheapest 3d backgrounds I've seen are the one's made by Universal Rocks. Although @Cory does recommend them. They are sold on amazon. You could also check out aquadecor backgrounds.
So, if I buy a angelfish that is about quarter size, how long will it be before there is a chance that it will eat a full-sized neon tetra? And is there any tricks to keep Angelfish from eating smaller sized tetras?

3 honey gouramis (1 male 2 female)
