  1. Unless you already have a bigger tank in place for the future this is already not going to be a big enough tank for the fish you have.
  2. First thing I would change the light schedule down to 8-10 hours max also can you test your nitrate levels? What is your water change schedule? How often are you dosing?
  3. Welcome! Maybe you show off some pics sometime here. https://forum.aquariumcoop.com/forum/8-photos-videos-journals/
  4. Java Ferns seem to need a crazy amount of Potassium you could up your dose of easy green just might want to keep an eye on your nitrates.
  5. Welcome! The guppies looking good!
  6. Longfin White Clouds are some of the next in line for me to keep didnt know they looked this nice from above I like the way the look just normal lol great looking fish!
  7. Yup thats the one and I would use either Hikari algae wafers or Extreme sinking wafers.
  8. If you've already done that twice I wouldnt do it again at least not until a few weeks have passed. More than anything I would be worried about something bacterial especially at the elevated temps they were at seems to allow for more bacteria to thrive. I'm not as familiar with oxytetrcycline I would suggest salt but looks like you have plants in the tank.
  9. Krill flakes but I HIGHLY suggest getting dedicated food for the bottom dwellers
  10. No worries sounds like you were trying to do the right thing then and the right thing now also sounds like they were treated very poorly which sucks 😞 to go with that they were probably in poor water conditions so doing a slow acclimation with them would have been good as well so they dont go into shock.
  11. When did you add the platys? Did you quarantine them first?
  12. Up the dose a bit and make sure they are getting 8-10 hours of light per day
  13. I should also ask how long have you had the plants? If they are new they might just be going through melt. Most plants dont need a ton of iron unless they are red so all in one ferts dont put a lot in so as not to cause algae. Iron deficiency is more with the color of the plant.
  14. Looks like we were posting at the same time 🙂 if that ammonia test is not at zero thats also an issue.
  15. The first thing that jumps out at me is assuming you are keeping the tank at 84 degrees for the GBR's that is too high for the rest of the fish that you are keeping in that tank. Secondly what type of issue are you having that you are using antibiotics?
  16. If its an all in one it should have nitrogen in it so I would probably start adding a small extra dose of whatever you do now and see how it tests you want to try and keep it in that range for the plants or you may be possibly changing too much water or too often. Happy to help 🙂
  17. I'm not familiar with the ferts you are using but first thing would be to get your Nitrates up 10 - 20 ppm (assuming this is an all in one fert)
  18. The small would work well for both you wouldnt need the HOB that route or you could just use a never clog air stone on its own without a sponge filter the betta is better with low flow.
  19. What do your water parameters test out as? What type of plant is it?
