    I went to wally world hate that place but......and picked up some jungel fungus clear it has the same ingredients (Nitrofurazone and Furazolidone) as API FURAN 2 @DebSills

    No I have not but with that said, I know a few folks who have QT their Ghost but did not med the tank unless they seen a reason to do so

    Also BB will survive in low PH condition, it just takes a while to establish.... when cycling a tank its always best to keep PH above 7 for sure

    WOW, you had to work a whole lot harder than I did. I started with 2 and found one at an LFS and got him. I do feed snails and live mosquito larvae, blood worms and during the winter time BBS. I only change my water once every 2 weeks and only do a 20% at that.

    I have 3 in a 10 gallon tank that is heavy on plants and my pea puffers are doing just fine....

    also they are best keep with at least 3 or more, depends on size of tank.

    not sure where your at but Imperial Tropicals is a good place to keep an eye out also, they aree located in Fla.

    What is your Ph? Kuhli loaches do best with a Ph of 5.5 to 6.5. Also you say you have hard water which Kuhli loaches perfer soft water.

    liquid test kit is better than any test strip...just my .02

    the best advice I could give is take it back and buy a better HOB I have one and hate it, if you have a power lose it will not prime it self if you keep it make a little plastic dame and super glue it to the out flow

    my pea puffer tank is set up with the fine and is doing very well, the plants are doing great and I have had no issues with fine dust at all, even my one otto in that tank likes it

    If your sure your tank is not cycled the prime is saving your fish but you do you. Do a google search on fish in cycle, do a little reading on the subject and you will have a much better understanding. a 6ph can slow down a cycle and yes the plants is helping

    Lava rocks from Hom depot or Lowes is cheap, I would not risk using the ones given to you.

    I'm with @ArchwayAquatics on this one. My little Pea puffers tear into any size snail I put in their tank.

    Yeah, your PH will just laugh at the almond leaves with a KH like that
