    I have a Cummins it works fantastic run all my reptiles heaters and light all my tanks heaters lights and filters while running my whole house and it’s not even bothered

    Is there anything that would be compatible with a convict chiclid who is very aggressive that would also eat algae she has killed plecos before or should I just keep cleaning it myself

    I am gonna build a 55 for my axolotl sometime in the next year but I am preparing now I am gonna have a sump so I want to drill it so What is the best kind/brand of tank for drilling these are my one needs 1. come in a 55 gallon 2.non tempered glass(obviously) 3. Be some what easy to get 4. Easy to drill

    From the pictures it looks like your sponge is to fine if I had to recommend what to do I would get 1-2 large Co-Op sponge filters I have never had a good experience with other sponge filters

    I will probably save this idea for when I build the 55 I have planed as I don’t feel like building a nano sump if that’s even possible lol 😂

    Could I build a sump out of a regular ice chest and put in frozen water bottles of ice cubes

    I have a bare bottom axolotl tank and during the winter the temp in my house never gets over 66 so it’s fine and it shouldn’t ever get over 70 so I’m not to worried about it but I would rather be safe than sorry so what’s a way to cool down a tank

    So I bought him some worms but I can’t find axolotl pellets locally I’ve heard it people feeding them turtle pellets is that ok?

    My pleco and my rope aka reed fish I only see the pleco fully not just like his tail like once a month as he hides all day and if he sees any movement out side of the tank he hides aging and I see the rope fish about once a day when he comes out to eat

    I have liquid rock coming out of my taps and I have kept angelfish just fine for years I have kept many soft water fish like discus just fine in fact I keep more soft water fish than hard water fish with no ill effects

    Wow this is great now only 100s of thousands to go😭 The thing that sucks the most is that so many people don’t see the issue and refuse to change like my mom bought my little brother a betta and bought one of those tank and I said many times that tank is way to small I even offered one of my 10 gallons with everything and a couple plants and she still refuses

    Just because I want that extra filtration I have considered getting one rated for something like a 29 since it already had a descent amount of filtration

    I am looking for a canister filter for my 55 that suits the following: quiet,Aesthetically pleasing since it will be exposed and most importantly preforms good it will be used in combo with 2 large sponge filters

    Yeah it’s very interesting there genetics are more interesting than fish but there less kinds of snakes that are commonly kept
