I was looking into getting a brine shrimp hatchery since I have some fish that only want to eat brine shrimp and I want to know what the best one is

I was in my local chain pet store(I think it’s against forum rules to say they name) today buying some stuff and I noticed “pre filtered aquarium water, is this actually worth the outrageous price they where charging witch was about $20 for 5 gallons or is this just a trap for keepers who don’t know what the difference is

Ok thank you I do daily testing and 50% water changes every other week so I would notice a spike in ammonia and nitrates

The pleco is just a common pleco he is about 5 inches long and he doesn’t seem to be getting bigger I rarely see him though as he only comes out at night

Convicts are great I love them mine dig a lot it also paces around in the tank for hours and it’s pretty cool to watch

They do prefer groups also what is wrong with clown loaches I know very little about them

I’ve never had a problem with this but I’ve also never heard of this issue I had a convict chiclid that I had in a 20g and it would pick up the gravel chew on it or dig and it has never had issues

I have a 55g with 3 discus 1 rope fish 1 angelfish and a pleco I want to get some kuhli loaches form the research I’ve done they are all compatible(please correct me if I’m wrong) but I want to know how many I could get

Dawn is also animal safe they use it in oil spills and a lot of people will use it on there dogs if they get fleas

I feed the same except for my convict chiclid who refuses to eat anything but brine shrimp

I have never subscribed to them but I was trying to buy it and there we sit is confusing but it says the month to month is discontinued but they where ready to take my money and there’s no other options it also didn’t let me select fresh or salt water

I was wonder what everyone else’s discus water change schedule is mine is every 3-14 days depending on if I fell like it and also if the tank needs it

I have a 55 gallon in it there are currently 2 discus 1 pleco 1 rope fish 1 angelfish I have had no issues with this stocking and it’s Been going like that for over 2 months but I am curious of if I should get more angelfish or more discus

NO NO NO Inch per gallon is a terrible rule to go by this is a 7-8 inch angel fish that was kept in a to gallon tank and as you can see it had a bent dorsal fin
