I was in my local chain pet store(I think it’s against forum rules to say they name) today buying some stuff and I noticed “pre filtered aquarium water, is this actually worth the outrageous price they where charging witch was about $20 for 5 gallons or is this just a trap for keepers who don’t know what the difference is -
So in my area I know we have very hard water. I’ve been kicking around getting a couple of 10 gallon jugs and going to the water stand and getting purified water for the tank to fill with and to do water changes. Kind of thinking out loud but is that a good idea? It’s pretty cheap and good water at least.
