I would wait to return the mystery snails for at least a week just in case they have a relapse and need further treatment 5 should be fine if your going to add more I would wait 6 weeks and quarantine any new fish for 4weeks before adding them to the main tank @HelplessNewbie -
I don't think it's a parastic infection do the Epsom salt baths if your not noticing any improvement after 5 days of Epsom salt baths then I would follow up with a course of kanaplex or maracyn2

He a food recipe for Maracyn2 just in case you decide to treat

Looking at the lump it could be caused by an internal blockage or a tumor that doesn't look good even with treatment a don't think the prognosis is good this might be better to euthanize him with clove oil asking @Odd Duckfor a second opinion

Finish the course of maracyn2 as you have started it then follow up with kanaplex and jungal fungus clear fizz tabs if you still seeing symptoms@HelplessNewbie -
So it could be 0-0.3 I would just follow the treatment I recommended
-
The fact that your seeing nitrite could mean your tank has had a interruption in the cycle what I would is test daily if you see any nitrite do a water change and add a double prime or Fritz complete to help detoxify any nitrite first I would do the Epsom salt baths for 5 days if your not seeing any improvement after 5 days them I would do a course of metroplex in food feeding a small amount twice a day for upto 3 weeks @Zoidar
-
Little more information would be helpful what are your water parameters ammonia nitrite nitrate pH temperature the other neons who had the swollen belly did they get better could be egg bound something else could be going on internally if it were egg bound you would want to do Epsom salt baths 1 table spoon for 1 gallon for no more than 15 minutes for 5 days as Epsom salt acts as a muscle relaxant@Zoidar

Shrimp are used by catfish breeder to keep the eggs clean in breeder box's so I don't think it would be a problem I haven't tried that combination I have been breeding bristlenose for 20 years not much in my experience interferes with there breeding

Possible columnaris with the patch on its back columnaris is a gram negative bacteria that spreads more quickly at temperature over 75 and can kill in 24hr-7days depending on the strain what I would do is treat with a combination of kanaplex and jungal fungus clear fizz tabs containing nitrofurazone following this treatment plan @HelplessNewbie -
What I would do is quarantine and treat with aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 1 gallon and do a course of jungal fungus clear fizz tabs containing nitrofurazone
-
What I would do is quarantine the two fish with spots keep treating with ick X and add aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 2 gallons
-
I would add an air stone and a couple of drops of methylene blue or malachite green to prevent the eggs getting fungus
