Better safe than sorry. @cory I was wondering ...I started a pond after watching all of your videos...you have given me the confidence to do so....You carry the pond version of Ich-X are there any plans to carry the pond version of the Fritz Pond ACCR? I was doing some research on the Fritz ACCR product and was reading thru their FAQ when I cam across something that I do not understand. The question was can you use Fritz ACCR with Aquarium Solutions Ich-X and the following was the answer ...which said not safe...so Im glad I checked. But what took me by surprise is it said that Fritz Complete is not safe either and that is the product I currently use. @Cory has said that Seachem Prime and Fritz Complete are basically the same product so I gather that prime is not safe either. So what dechlor is safe? If its not safe ...how does it work for using the 3 meds combo when it is possibly being affected by Fritz Complete? Just need some clarification. This is off the Fritz website: Can I use this with Aquarium Solutions Ich-X? Aquarium Solutions Ich-X contraindicates sulfinate- and sulfoxylate-based water conditioners with their product. Which Fritz water conditioners are safe? Oh sorry about the pump....but a sponge filter is what I will be using in my 150 gallon pond....2 actually. Im not sure...this is my first time with Anubias...lol But they do look incredible.

I am currently staging plants in a 15 gallon plastic tote while im am installing the outdoor pond and I have a sponge filter with the usb air pump from aquarium Co-Op and it is working awesomely. I watched a video where Dean is using the USB air pump on his outdoor ponds.

Yeah I definitely would like to know what your Nitrate reading is. But remember it may takes a couple of weeks before you will truly see a change in the plant.

I really need to find some frogbit....I am setting up a new pond outside with guppies and shrimp and think that's the floating plant I want to go with. Just can not find any local to me yet...LOL

I think I would use a nitrate test kit...(read the directions...I didnt and well we just wont go there🤦‍♂️) ...test to see where your nitrates are and if needed raise the levels to 20-25 ppm of nitrates.

I am in the middle of setting up a new pond....I just got my plants a few days ago and they are setup in a 15 gallon tote with a sponge filter with a couple squirts of easy green awaiting for my pond to be ready for them to be planted. This way I can see if there are any hitchhikers (not snails. I like snails) but I do not want any dragonfly nymphs so this gives me an opportunity to check everything out before adding to the display just to be safe.

Seeing how he refused to even hear you out on the changing of the listing then that action right there tells me he knew what was going on and I would dispute the charges. In my opinion ....when you let people like that get away with it... they believe its ok to keep doing it. Get your money back just on principles sake alone!

I gat a plastic tote about 15 gal...full of water with a sponge filter init for surface agitation and oxygen exchange and put all my plants in it for now until I can plant them in my new pond.

You could check into the linear piston air pump that Aquarium Co-Op sells. It is a bit pricy but oh so worth it. I recently got to see one in action ....it is very quiet and puts out a ton of air. The one pump was running all of his tanks and he had plenty of air to spare for when he keeps on adding. Hope this helps some. Good luck

You are not being unreasonable being disappointed at all. You ordered something you wanted and got something you didn't. Doesn't matter how great what you did get is...it isn't what you wanted. When I am planning something ...my plan to have things a certain way...if something is different then what I end up with is not what I planned and i will never be completely happy. With that being said ...yes it is a beautiful fish and looks healthy. Could it fit into your current set up? Not sure what your options would be in this situation. You did not receive the item you ordered and could dispute the charge. They would be forced to either refund you or send you the correct fish. It is up to you to decide if all of that is worth the price you paid for the fish.
