    Been in use as a power head in my 20 gal eyesore for the past week. Got an order of plants arriving for it on Monday! Also added 1 male Palaeatus Cory and 1 female to the breeding tank today, along with a piece of Java moss attached to a rock ( @nabokovfan87) hopefully something happens! In the meantime I’m conditioning the Emepror tetras with BBS and frozen bloodworms…as a Plan B.

    I had 2 once, but they got munched by BN plecos over the course of a month…although they would be super cool in a shrimp tank! Public enemy number 1:😂

    There’s aquarists and then there’s aquarists.😂 Some people take the hobby seriously and have a broad spectrum of knowledge about aquariums, while others just pop in hoping to get 2 red fish and a blue fish to match the living room carpet. I deal with the latter, but I’ve got a couple of feelers out there…😅

    Chinas one-child-law did limit population growth, but undermined the evolution of our species as it made parents put “all their eggs in 1 basket”. Also a tad inhumane and explains the 10:9 male/female ratio there. What’s your opinion?

    Might as well…no such thing as too many spawning spots!

    My go-to solution is Assassin Snails, which work super well😅

    At least 4 tiger lotus bulbs…along with maybe some Java moss and a fun Amazon Sword/Anubias.
