    Salt doesn’t stain silicone sealing like Ich-X does, so I guess it’s more practical in that sense.

    Assassin Snails could work. Just you need about 1or so per gallon to make it worthwhile. Good thing is that they don’t breed much and are nicer to look at than pest snails

    I’m a complete newbie to these, but it could be a fun project! How do they breed? How to raise tadpoles? What size tank? Yes, I know that this is a fish forum, but someone mentioned chickens the other day🙃🤷‍♂️.
