anewbie
Most species are fine in a 29; but some species require more critical scapeing than others. If not well scape with some species you might find the male killing the female or vice versus - domestic disputes can be brutal.

TheSwissAquarist
Great fun at the fish swap: Managed to get Glass cats, green shrimp, Apistos, ADFs, and a couple of plants. It opened at 1:30 in the afternoon, and my dad and I got stuck in a traffic jam…so we only arrived at 2:40. There were quite a lot of empty tanks, and so much of the stuff I was looking for was gone!😒 After a lot of squashed waiting (very small venue for that kind of thing) I managed to get the fun stuff remaining and leave. Main sorrow: Metallic Eyed livebearers were grabbed from under my nose! Main upside: Glass Cats look great; same as shrimp and crypts (trying my hand at those). Froggin picture 🐸: We also stopped at a pet store on the way home for dog food. Swiss dog chow brands really need to get their act together on the marketing front. 🤣

Errr….ok 😂 Shrimp are going into the Endler Emporium, and the Glass Cats are having fun in the 63 gal. Apistos are still quite small, so they’re in with the ADFs until I set up another tank. 1
