Can you choose just one ? ** Fish Challenge ** 🐬

Angels. They have great diversity in color and fin type. I love how they can go from hovering like a helicopter to zooming around the tank in a blink of an eye. -
Favorite, Most Memorable, or Most Treasured Fish

I had an English teacher in high-school that had a betta in a litlle one gallon. I was in charge of keeping his tank clean and feeding him in the classroom. His name was Fallstaph and he was so great. I also got to take him home over every break. It was so great to take care of him. -
My wife will see me eyeballing a piece of wood on a hike and yells "NO!"

I think you have the process nailed down tight.

I will have to go with Endlers. I like the color options as well as the fin variety. They also do well in the smaller tanks i am limited to. -
Has any one tried panting the Rubbermaid stock tanks? My wife wants to paint the outside green. Any successes or failures would be welcome.

How did you get started fish-keeping, anyway? 🐟

When i was around 9 or so my great aunt gave me a 10 gallon at Christmas. An aquarium was completely out-of-the-blue, no one in my house had ever had a tank before. I am grateful to her to this day. So much enjoyment and therapy has been brought to me over the decades. -
I Love the use of your tool chest.

I was curious about that.

Will this have a use in the fishroom?
BQuick replied to Dean’s Fishroom's topic in General Discussion
I would have a use from the fishroom rather than in the fishroom. I have lots of plants that I use my aquarium water to water. It would be a great storage tank and the drain could be used to fill spray bottles or watering cans. -
My fished love them as well. If you don't like them, then the others are correct. Less food or more cleaning would help.

I Love that your child was able to adjust the plan after further education. So many wont reevaluate after new information comes about -
Mine too.

I was wondering how many have used fish keeping as therapy. I had a TBI (traumatic brain injury) in 2016. All aspects have allowed me to destress. From designing to cleaning to observing have all helped. How about you?
