This was a reminder that I need to get my stock of French cut green beans up! Everyone is looking beautiful and happy! Haven’t had an anubias flower in awhile love it when they do!

 I steam fresh green beans until soft but not mushy and open them removing the seeds. I put them in soft side up with weights. The canned make more mess and goo up my canister filter lines and affect water quicker. They also seem to last longer and stay in one place so the babies know to come to the front to eat. We al know I’m a fish voyeur 🤣 future training for eating from food dishes 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Spent most of my day just enjoying my guppies. I moved three boys out of the sorority fry grow out tank. It was so peaceful I video recorded it before I moved them. Then stared at them for 15-20 minutes trying to find the boys. Realized they were all congregated staring back at me. I posted those two videos in the what did you get done today thread if you want to see them. One relaxing the other funny. I got lost staring at my community tank for a very long time today. Hubby and I both have colds so took it easy today.

Thinking back I wish I would have added the girls at separate times. All 17 prego at once now all drop at once. It gets chaotic 🤣 2 20long and 2 10 full to the gills with grow outs. Now I feel pressure to get them to the lfs BEFORE they all drop again. Hindsight always 20/20 😝

My 2 females came to me pregnant. In 2 weeks, I expect one will drop again, which was part of why I had hoped to get the 4' dining room tank started... but booster a week ago + finished clearing out storage unit = body going 🤣🤣🤣 you are funny.

Take care of yourself, sniffles are nothing to sneeze at.

They look so peaceful and are beautiful! I don't think I'll ever have guppies. After witnessing a shrimp explosion I am not sure I can handle fish that breed so easily. Instead, I will enjoy yours! 😍

Morning plant update. So I said I would always post “naked” ungussied up pictures and such water marker mulm and all 😝This is 2 weeks with zero plant maintenance just basic water change since we had holiday and colds. This is before feeding and removing last nights. It was fun to share all the cool unintended stuff that happens in my tanks. 
@Beardedbillygoat1975 I commented in the video times and showed amounts I fed  and how quickly it was consumed to give you some thoughts on how much I feed  this was night feed then I will replace with morning veggies  repashy at night only then I water change and vac out the mulm before morning feed  I’m looking so forward to seeing your babies prosper for you

I love all of your tanks and plants! Your Ludwigas are like all of my Rotalas! I have fallen in love with rotalas.... I love Ludwigas as well but I'm not allowed to buy any more plants... I have a problem with saving cuttings and making science experiments in random taco bell cups all over the house. >.>

My crazy knows no boundaries when it comes to my pets. During winter I adjust times using overhead lights keeping them on until 9pm and slowly working them back to 8 then 7 to simulate shorter winter light while sill being able to enjoy my fish a little in the evening. I also adjust their tank light times etc. and when I turn the overhead light out I leave the hall light on to slowly make it dark (next year I’m asking for dimmers to be wired in for Xmas 😁) I noticed over the past two weeks my Pygmy corydora are crazy active between 7-8. More so than normal. The rest of my tanks are already in sleep mode and I don’t want to stress them leaving the light on too long. Soooooo I dug a little lamp out of storage to sit next to the Pygmy tank and an extra night light. I put the lamp on then the night light after I turned the lamp off. Pygmy’s were happy other tanks were happy I was happy. Thought I would give everyone a good laugh at my insanity 🤣 Pygmy tank is left of the lamp/night light set up

Not a lot going on tankwise. I got a few half decent pictures of the guppy boys. I’m taking them to the LFS 45 minutes from me Monday. I will try to get better ones or videos. I injured a tendon in my left hand carry a 5 gallon bucket full of mulm and water. They had to cut my wedding rings off 😭. They tried for over an hour using so many methods by the time they were done I was ready for them to cut them off and stop hurting me and my bluish purple finger 😝🤣. So tank work is basic maintenance for a bit. 
HAPPY ADVENTURES…NO INJURIES 🤣

ORD, man that is a hard injury to get/take/endure. So sorry @Guppysnail. With all the excellent maintenance you've done that's the perfect setup to be able to back off other than the basic stuff and focus on your health. Also, they are indeed beautiful boys!

Yes. I’m so thankful I did all that work now and got my two pumps for water change. It’s a weird injury it runs from my ring finger through the center of my palm. You know the tendon that carries the bucket weight 🤣 it’s not bad just bruised and they said something like trigger finger??? I’m not sure what that is. Tylenol and fish meditation should work 😁.

Sorry to hear this, hope it heals quickly! Seems like a spot used so often will be hard to rest it? The way you talk of your husband I would guess the worst part was having to decide to cut the ring😦☹️

Yes it was hard. I’m not a big jewelry person but I am sentimental. He was great he didn’t hesitate. He said just let them cut it And he would get them fixed. He didn’t want me to have more pain 🥺. He is a wonderful man. 🥰
