FrozenFins
listened to the podcast where @Randy interviewed someone in the midst of opening a fish store. I beleive his name was Ryan Kinney, all though I could be wrong about his name. Anyways I was wondering whats the name of his fishstore? I beleive the episode was called "Ryan Kinney on operating a fish buisness" He also made fish shirts called fish cauldron.
Justin Campbell
@James Black I think this is the episode of that you're describing: https://aquaristpodcast.podbean.com/e/ep-70-aj-meyers-on-creating-an-impactful-fish-store-experience/ But there was another fish store one, called "The Nano Tank": https://aquaristpodcast.podbean.com/e/ep-47-scott-peets-owner-of-the-newest-local-fish-store-the-nano-tank/ Ryan Kinney (also known as Wild Fish Tanks) has been on the podcast a few times and sells out of his house: https://www.wildfishtanks.com He also has an active Instagram and YouTube presence.

Kriskm
I always enjoy listening to Rachel O'Leary. Carl Lawrence, here in Seattle, has spoken a couple of times at GSAS meetings and he's a lot of fun. He has some great stories about collecting fish in far away places. Roy Slettevold of GSAS knows everything there is to know about aquarium plants. Erik Olsen (former president of the AGA) and his wife Kathy have been keeping fish forever, and have been very involved in various fish clubs (including GSAS). They've met a lot of the "greats" and it would be fun to hear about their experiences handling famous speakers. It would also be interesting to hear about their household with two fish obsessed people (how do they keep their budget in check??). The GSAS folks are all on airstone. I can also help get you in touch with any of them.

Fish Folk
OK Randy -- first off, you're the boss with interviews. We listen eagerly to every one that comes out via Apple Podcast. Thanks for your work! So it would be really cool to hear from . . . (1) Rusty Wessel - on Central American Cichlids, building an epic fish house, bootleg collecting in the wild, etc. Stuff of legends (2) Ted Judy - Whatever he's excited to talk about . . . breeding Apistogrammas, DIY, just his experiences in the hobby (3) George Farmer - he's basically leading the charge with aquascaping education for English speaking folks worldwide (4) Jim Cumming (again) - He's got so much to share . . . just my favorite of all time . . . (5) Tom (aka Coral Bandit) - How he got into breeding fish, tips, lessons learned, how to be successful breeding fish (6) Big Rich from Ohio Fish Rescue - A view from his side of the "monster fish" aquarium hobby (7) Karen A. Randall - author of "Sunken Gardens" on everything plants in aquariums

FrozenFins
Love your podcasts, and listen to a new episode every day to work John or Lisa from Kg Tropicals on breeding african cichlids and bettas, and also about their former fish store. There isn't much info about their fish store online, I know they made a video with Cory on it once. Also a part 2 to the @Daniel interview. I think in the first part you guys only got to the 1970s, or maybe it was the 80s. But It was fun to see what the hobby was like way back then.
North Wales Zoo
I know he’s already been on a couple times, but I feel like Joe Ferdenzi is not short of stories. I’ve listened to his episode about aquarium hobby history like 3 times.
