    Leave the roots out, eventually they’ll sink in. Maybe glue the moss on the wood? Bumpy sand isn’t exactly a concern, it’s probably flow evening it out.

    A fish friend managed to breed strawberry rasboras (which are chilis just without the fun color) and me said that Java moss and other fine leaved I plants are key if you want to passively breed them. RO water or rainwater should be OK. Good Luck and keep us posted!

    Sorry to hear that! Once my family and I were delayed 7 hours in Dubai (siblings really whined A LOT) and when we tried to board, the person at the gate said “Computer say no “ 😒Had to pay a changeover fee of 50 bucks for a couple of clicks😡.

    You just need to think about the practicality of it all. If you see a piece of algae floating around or a piece of the dreaded DUCKWEED, you’re not going to take 5 min to put on gloves that go up til your shoulders? I’ve never put gloves or stuff on and I can’t say I’ve experienced any adverse effects from not doing so. Have you?

    Try asking a LFS if they can do a special order for you. I managed to get some Midnight Rams as a Birthday gift for a friend like that.

    A fish which breeds aplenty, and looks like an African Butterfly Fish, but swims in all regions the tank and has a dark blue colouring.
