    you cant force sexual maturity on them. they get there when they get there. keep them healthy, and they will achieve sexual maturity.

    pretty much any salt will work. ive always added some salt to my tanks too.

    looks good. a direct swap over is usually painless as long as you get the temps close.

    plain old anubias. slow as heck, but easy to keep. a good backup for me are crypts.

    when you thought you were good, flip the little lever and make the paddles tiny. space invaders etc, all the original atari games were fun. they may not have looked very good, but they were fun.

    you can probably get away with it, with 10 gallon tanks. i however would never attempt it as i just dont trust glass, and silicone when you add in a torsional stress.

    ill tell ya what, quit thinking of it as cycling, because it isnt, think of it as establishing the beneficial bacteria colony. sorry but the term is wrong and irritates me, cycling would be a circle and that means you end up right back where you started, and we dont want that. establish a bacteria colony, and the numbers will always bounce up and down a bit as they do their job breaking down waste.
