I am going to start treatment using Paracleanse by Fritz, do i need to remove the filter pads like carbon and nitrite pads or is it ok to leave them? Please advice

@Brandon1433 Thanks i am from cleveland, for some reason, tetras are doing fine and guppy's one or other keep passing away i have a cycled tank. trying to make sure my other parameters were right..

I am also running into this problem, day 2 i see a ammonia spike. so 50% water change , 50% of med-trios - how to measure it. its a 10 gallon tank. any recommendations on quantity of med trios.?

I have purchased the API Test kit to measure gh and kh, but not sure when to do it, whether in the tap water or change the water in he tank, add water conditioner, test or just change the water in tank, before adding water conditioner measure the gh and kh. any guidance

Hi, I am just finishing up the quarantine 7 days, last day of quarantine and noticed couple of guppies are losing color. is it something i need to be worried . what could be the reason?, and i will do the water change and start the regular food schedule starting tomorrow. do i have to move the losing color ones to another tank or some disease ? water parameters are stable. i have two hang back filters with high flow of water though.

@James Black @Lynze is assassin snail safe for guppy or tetra tanks. i have fries them. will assassin snail eat them?
