    I'll have a look into it...😈 But apart from that I can't see the difference when you change water from a breeding tank to another tank. I've tried that but my Apistos still won't spawn.

    I don’t see any problems with compatibility, the whiptails will act as dither fish. Just provide plenty of caves.

    This thread seems to be getting a bit slow. I’ve noticed that a lot of members have been complaining about how hard it is to take a picture of your favorite guppy or danio. Lets extend the photo criteria to everything. This could be a sunset, a dog, anything really. I hope this will make it easier for those who just can’t get a good picture. Have fun!!!

    Shrimp, a betta, or just a couple of snails should doo the trick, as they are low maintenance; and therefore should survive the care of a 10 yo

    Whatever happens, we will kill fish, and it may not even be our fault. As aquarists, aloe can do is give our best to keep this number at a minimum.

    It looks like a bit of grit or dirt to me; maybe an old snail shell. Try using Maracyn if it persists.

    That would be so cool 3-5x times bigger and with a light. Please start a journal when you get around to breeding them, because I have only managed to get 15 fry out of mine LOL.

    Some of these pictures are really great! If you’re interested in free Swiss Chocolate check out the competition on the photos forum! I’d really like to breed Oscars, Mbu puffers, and Ghost knifes, because my LFS has all the average species which I’ve all bred and sold back.

    Normally most pet stores will have frozen cysts, take platinum or sliver grade if you want your moneys worth.

    The Co-Op recently put out a blog post on how to ship fish properly, I'll tag it here: https://www.aquariumcoop.com/blogs/aquarium/how-to-ship-live-fish I say recently; it was probably a month or two ago.

    Turns out the Apisto Eggs were infertile ( they all got fungus ) but the BN pleco babes have now hatched and I think I might wait a day or two before starting to feed them.
