  5. if it's nerite snails they will be fine with salt and metroplex in food mystery snails can be sensitive to salt so I would recommend removing them if Malaysia trumpet or bladder snails I would worry they will be fine

  9. It could be something in the bricks raising your pH kH and GH I would remove them and do small water changes to gradually get your pH back to your normal range @Goosedub
  10. The only reason I keep it is to feed my goldfish I wouldn't use it in my other tanks as nothing eats it and and having to remove it is pain

Looks like your starting to get some pineconing what I would suggest as you have done two course of kanaplex is do a course of metroplex in food feeding a small amount twice a day for upto 3 weeks and do the Epsom salt baths as pineconing can be a sign of something internal going on like polycystic kidney disease or internal bacterial infection causing fluid buildup the salt will help reduce the fluid buildup @BilboMom

  23. With the symptoms your describing I think your dealing with fast moving bacterial infection with the colour loss disintegrating fins what I would do is treat with a combination of kanaplex and jungal fungus clear fizz tabs containing nitrofurazone following this treatment plan
  24. Dither fish might distract him and allow his fins to heal as long as you have another tank to put the fish in if it doesn't work out
