  1. It's the fluid buildup that's causing the pineconing of the scales your seeing the combination of salt kanaplex and metroplex have been the most effective treatment I have found for Dropsy even then it's a 50/50 chance of recovery at best @MollyMomma
  2. Mix well a small amount feed twice a day for 7 days
  3. They can be contagious If any of your other fish start showing any symptoms then I would treat the main tank with kanaplex
  4. It's more than likely an internal bacterial infection salt won't have much of an effect it won't hurt as it will help with Gill function and add essential electrolytes I always add some salt when treating sick he how I dose maracyn in food add 1 quarter of a packet of maracyn one scoop of focus 1 table spoon of pellets 1 cap garlic guard a few drops of water feed for 7 days store any leftover food in the fridge you don't have to use the focus it just binds more of the medication to the food @Danabana
  5. I must have missed that if her other fish are showing symptoms then it's more than likely a bacterial infection in that case I would treat with kanaplex or maracyn in food
  6. As your fish has bilateral Popeye and a bent spine it's more than likely caused by bacterial infection I would Qarantine and treat with kanaplex in food for 7days and aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 2 gallons the salt will help any fluid buildup behind the eye's
  7. I agree @xXInkedPhoenixX keep doing Epsom salt baths if the bloating improves it could be constipation if after a couple of days your seeing no improvement it could also be a bacterial infection and when your antibiotic medication arrive I would add it to his food as it more effective in food and do a 7 day course of medicated food
  8. Epsom salt baths will help reduce the fluid buildup 1 table spoon for 1 gallon for no more than 15 minutes 2-3 times a day and kanaplex in food to treat any possible internal bacterial infections and you can add metroplex to the water column as it treats aeromonas bacteria that can cause Dropsy
  9. good to hear your bristlenose is getting better also I haven't seen a Molly that has been bred to have protruding scales I think it's more than likely Dropsy @MollyMomma
  10. If they still have visible spots I would continue with treatment
  11. Looks like Columnaris the best treatment is kanaplex and jungal fungas clear fizz tabs containing nitrofurazone together following this treatment schedule using jungal fungas instead of furan2 as it has been discontinued
