Bristlenose are fine with most small schooling fish I have kept mine tetras barbs gourami livebrearers never had any problems as long as you have plenty of cave's and wood for them they will be fine

What I would do is a full course of kanaplex and then follow up with a course of kanaplex and Jungle fungus clear

What I would do is quarantine your CPD as it's only effecting them and it's been happening over a long time and none of your other fish have been effected I don't think that's columnaris theirs two things it could a bacterial infection some parasitic infection can cause over product of the mucus coating that can cause these grey flat patches first I would recommend treating with kanaplex and Jungle fungus clear fizz tab's containing nitrofurazone following this treatment plan that @Chick-In-Of-TheSea recommended it very effective treatment for more severe bacterial infection then I would follow up with a another course of the medicated flubendazole flakes feed every over day for 5 days then repeat in 2 weeks @Chad

It's does look like neon tetra disease it could be also be columnaris with the white patch on the back if it were columnaris I would treat with kanaplex and Jungle fungus clear fizz tab's containing nitrofurazone following this treatment plan if it's neon tetra disease theirs no effective I would quarantine them as neon tetra disease can infect barbs danios angelfish rasbora to name a few

Looks like fin rot that's starting to turn in to body rot as most cases of fin rot are caused by gram negative bacteria I would treat with kanaplex and Jungle fungus clear fizz tab's containing nitrofurazone following this treatment plan when it turns into body rot it can be more difficult to treat needs a more broad spectrum antibiotic treatment @fzs122

Possible injury looks like he might have dropsy with the pineconing what I would do if you can is quarantine and treat with kanaplex in food feeding a small amount twice a day for 7 days if not eating dose the tank that will treat any possible internal bacterial infection follow up with a course of metroplex that treats aeromonas a common cause of dropsy and do Epsom salt baths 1 table for 2 gallons for a couple of days that will help reduce the fluid buildup and acts as a muscle relaxant to relieve pressure on the swim bladder @Aiden Carter

Aquarium salt a good go to treatment for fungal infection's and external bacterial infection fin rot and ich in a high enough dose also Malachite green is an effect treatment for ich and fungal infection's if you need to treat internal parasite or internal bacterial infection you would be better off seeing a vet
