Only 3 of them show minimal growth since I got them. One passed a month or so after I got them so only 6 left and it made me think old age. 
I would guess the babies should be as large as Piano snail babies. I’ve seen what I thought were babies with no shell but I really don’t know.

Hopefully you’ll get some babies soon.  They should come out shells and all.

Nemo’s girlfriend. She has plastered the entire front glass this week with her little nerite egg clusters.

The grindal worms that were much to big last week are just the right size this week.

I had just turned the lights on so it’s hard to see. In the afternoon- evening they do have some blue.

You can see the almost colors better in the evening. The light I have on this grow out doesn’t help the camera.

I was watching a video and this came up after. This is one of my local LFS and they support both of my fish clubs. Aquarium Club if Lancaster County and Cichlid Club if York.

My Badis were unimpressed with the terra cotta. They hid during bright light times in the worst places all clumped together. So I got this. I figured it would be shady. They are LESS impressed with it. My Aspidora seem to think it is their personal playground though chasing each other I. And out of the holes.

I can see that as being an epic Apisto cave, and I bet that the Aspidoras are really enjoying it!

SUCCESS 🥳🥳🥳

I spoke too soon. 2 of them are in. It is too small. Their tail sticks out the back. IN SEARCH OF a larger version of this. Anyone have suggestions?

I tried leaf liter with the Badis badis. The Aspidora are such circus clowns all they did was break apart and float everywhere all the time.

Next week we are moving to a 20L. They are paler I. The morning and the lights just came on before feeding BBS. You can start to see hints of red though even in the morning.

I bought 2 floating betta logs for my honey gourami and put them in yesterday. The littlest is the only one to try so far. Granted he was hiding from the gravel vacuum but at least he went in.

What does yours look like? Mine is a pvc pipe.

mine is a root tab container:

i had finished the root tabs already, so it was an upcycling project.

John my betta loves it, and is like ALWAYS resting in it, (hes perfectly healthy though, just shy and lazy).

i just posted it on this journal. Its a root tab container with holes cut in it, suction cupped to the wall.
