    I started qorking on a 5 gallon betta tank a while ago and my pearl weed just got here! I have done some research and since my tank is really tall ive decided to get shrimp instead specifically cherry shrimp from my lfs! I havent planted the pearl weed yet but i do have s. Repens, anubias, tiger wood, and fluval stratum. The tank has been running for about 2 weeks. I am really excited to breed shrimp and watch them climb my tiger wood!

    my java fern will do this on old leaves when it is ready to grow new baby leaves. Nice tank btw 😁

    My female dwarf gourami is pregnant. the male that was in the tank sadly died because it got stuck under a rock trying to get food. There was no bubble nest and I dont know what to do.

    i use freshwater frenzy frozen food because it has daphnia, blood worms and cyclops! my big fish love it but so do my baby guppies!

    I have gotten more interested in fish keeping but sometimes don't understand some things and i am looking to learn! I watch aquarium co op but that's about it. Thanks😁

    Frozen food gives all 8 of my giant danios (which are very aggressive eaters) and it lets my three spot gourami get some as well. I recommend freshwater frenzy cubes because they have a variety of protein and nutrients. I dont thaw mine so that the fish will take turns eating.

    make sure to remove any carbon media! I have forgotten to do that when medicating and it was not good.

    if there are no other problems taking those out would be a good idea!

    I have seen them on fish before and snails! Your betta was probably resting when the worm decided to catch a ride.

    This is my 20 gallon high about 3 months after setting it up. Stocking includes: millions of bladder snails, 7 long finned cherry barbs, around 10 dwarf crayfish that i raised from eggs and a neon dwarf gourami.(also a ramshorn that hitch hiked from java fern.) I dont really mind the bba but just wanted to give an update!

    Possibly a detritus worm. Dont worry they arent harmful but they eat fish poop.

    If your tank has too many fish and you cant move them yet just do more water changes! Good luck👍

    If you have a picture that would be helpful but as.long as they look happy and are in a clean enviorment they should be good. My 55 has 8 giant danios, a pleco, a crayfish and a three spot gourami which are all big fish but since i have a canister filter and a hang on back rated for a 75 and a lot of water sprite my animals have plenty of clean water to swim in 😁
