My first aquatic creature was an electric blue cray in a 20 gallon but now he is in a 55. Danios are a great option because they are Bulletproof fish.😁
I went to a park today and found some beautiful rocks for my 75. I have never done this before but my twin brother who is really into reptiles does this all the time. I was just wondering if these rocks are bad for aquariums. I found them in moving water so I think they ahould be safe and i have seen fish in the water before.
I will wash them off of course
I will try to work on that with my parents but probably wont get that done tonight because i have school tomorrow.
Thanks for the help and intrest in your customers problems! I was at petco earlier and the worker almost dropped my aquarium(75g) and made my dad have to catch it just because he dropped his phone.
it is 9:41 where i live in virginia
I have been trying to buy things from aquarium co op (I NEED EASY GREEN!!!) but when i try to buy it my credit card says that i cant buy from this seller because it is not secure and that people have gotten stolen from. I trust this brand and @Corys products so I dont really understand what is going on. If anyone else has experienced this pls help.(I RLY NEED EASY GREEN.)
i plan to put fluval stratum (black) down as the first layer and then inert whiteish sand. i want to get rummy nose tetras and/or neons/cardinal tetras.
i dont really want to make a biotope.
i plan to use mostly green plants like valesnaria and pearl weed but might get some red plants like scarlet temple to go with my red root floaters.
My water is pretty hard and has about an 8.0 ph but the fluval stratum knocked down the ph in my 5 gallon to 6.7.
I use eco complete in my baby dwarf crayfish tank and they love it but my shrimp love my fluval stratum and my plants like that substrate more so i would go with fluval stratum.
I am buying a 75 gallon tank later today and i alteady have floating plants, filter, some substrate and the stand! I plan tobstock it with 25 rummy nose tetras and 25 neons. What are your thoughts and would there be room for a centerpiece fish?
