@Prochaska @Huck 3 weeks later, this is what my ram looks like! From my research it looks like it’s now exhibiting signs of being a female. What do you guys think?

@Prochaska @Huck Thanks for the replies! I haven’t seen any sign of a pink belly yet, but I’ll be on the lookout during the next feeding. Not sure if it means anything but my male GBR gets along with the other one pretty well, I find them together more often than not.

Hi all! Got myself a German blue ram from aquarium coop ~2 weeks ago. I asked for a female as I already had a male GBR in the tank. Over the last few days it’s colored up a lot, and am not so sure if it’s a female. I’ve tried looking up differences between male and female GBRs but couldn’t find anything conclusive. Can someone help me figure this out?
