I done what I thought would be a 35% water change but due to my deep substrate ended up being a 50% water change. I am going to get my diy co2 system up this afternoon. If all goes well I plan to move two of my juvenile Siamese algae eaters over from my 20 high.
That sounds good. I'd rather err on the side of caution. Right now I have one Angelfish, probably about 5 years old, one Bronze Corydora about 4 years old and 7 juvenile Siamese algae eaters.
Thinking it's finally cycled.
Ammonia 0 ppm
Nitrite 0 ppm
Nitrate 80 ppm
I would assume that a water change is in order. This is a 29 gallon tank. What next? If a water change is in order what percentage?
How fast or slow do Siamese algae eaters grow? I just got mine from Aqua Huna. There are eight of them and they are about 1/2" and about the diameter of a pencil lead.
This solenoid has several positive reviews from people using it with diy systems.

Does anyone know of a co2 solenoid that will work with a citric acid/baking soda low pressure system? All I can find are solenoids for bottled gas systems.
I noticed that on the bottle of Easy Green recommended dosing is twice a week for medium lighting and once a week for low lighting.
I have a 30"-36" Nicrew Classic LED Plus. Would this be considered low lighting or medium lighting?
These bubbles were released during planting, caused by my planting tweezers. There were a few popping up in nearby areas but there was definitely no odor.
