  1. Try some Cabomba species, my niece loved it for her first aquarium.
  2. Water sprite usually lasts one year before it starts degenerating.
  3. I’m with nabokovfan87 , it’s their mistake and you should have better informed about the fish you bought. You could try squeezing a freebie out of them, but I don’t recommend that.
  4. I hope you find this forum intuitive.🙂
  5. Inspiring story, I hope your disability gets better.
  6. It's such an abstract concept, but over the last couple of years I have moved around the globe (taking my fish passion with me) and have re- and destocked my aquariums. Fish from the same species behave so much differently in Switzerland than in Canada. Comment if you have also noticed this.
  7. When breeding those, I found that if left in the parents aquarium (15 gal) 3 to 4 usually survive. It helps if you don't want a population explosion.
  8. 3/10 I never see them trailing poop like BN plecos, but I expect the bio load depends in the tank
  9. Hasn't Cory done a video on where to get them?
  10. Would it even be possible to keep squid and cuttlefish in an aquarium, seeing as they shoal? Bet some person has tried...
  11. You need a pH upwards of 7.5, and practically no nitrite or nitrate, water hardness seems fine though
  12. I have previously done Zebra Danios, Ricefish, BN plecos and Apistogramma together. Another combo would be guppies, white clouds, and Hillstream Loaches. Have fun with your new tank.
  13. I would agree with Guppysnail on that one.... my LFS has the same problem.
  14. Looks like a young wolf fish or some other species from the same family.
  15. I want to get everything right first time so that it's a pleasant experience.
  16. How did you learn about the Co-Op forum?
  17. Tiger Barbs or Zebra Danios(any danio to be honest) as they usually live in fast-flowing rivers and streams.
  18. I think that some of the aquarists on this platform would find it useful if some of you shared your makeshift solutions.
