    i would say there was a manufacturing, and or an assembly error on that stand.

    120, 160/180, 240's would be what i look at, as they have the extra depth front to back that works well when fish get over a foot.

    most of those pictures of perfect tanks, are tanks that have just been set up.

    if i were to just order fish food, id likely find some extreme krill flakes, and whatever hikari foods looked good(their fancy guppy stuff goes over great with all my community fish).

    pretty much. if they have some wood to nibble on, and you are feeding other fish, they will pick off what they need.

    i had them over 10 years, and had never seen them eat. have some wood in the tank, and feed other fish and they seem to get what they need.

    plenty of nutrients, and lots of light. if you have blue lights run them a bunch, as the blue spectrum really seems to grow algae.

    also, remove or restructure anything they can use as a cave. this will slow down the breeding a good bit, but it wont stop it entirely.

    correct your date, 2021 not 2001. i dont think much has changed recently with this.

    depends how big the earthquake is, it could be both half full and half empty in seconds.🤪 been a long time since ive been in an earth quake, but all you can do is prepare. quakes can have a lot of shaking, or big movements, or both. its really hard to relate unless you see it or feel it.
