Popular Post Celly Rasbora
I am listening to Cory's live stream from a couple of days ago and heard him announce the minimum wage of $20/hr for all employees. I am so proud to support a business that supports its employees. Well done! 19

What will fishkeeping be like? What other products will have been added to the 'Easy' line? . . - 2
Kirsten
This is so cool! I'm proud to be a regular patron of a company that takes good care of its workers. Thanks for sharing!

He says he demands excellence from his employees and understands the return on his investment. I really thought this business philosophy had become extinct. Congratulations on being excellent. 🙂
Mastifflvr28
I have seen this dream of superior customer service in person. Those guys work so hard on the weekends!! And they are compensated for it, It is truly a breath of fresh air, and mission accomplished. Great company, great boss. I consider this my LFS even tho it is 2 hours away, well worth it. Actually I think I pay one of their wages per month...or maybe the light bill 🙂 Michelle 2

There will be glofish (TM) that shot lasers from their eyes and coop will sell easy fish that come in a capsule. Just drop it in your tank and it turns into a fish

Just what I hope for in a company with "co-op" in the name. 😎
Brian
So, I wonder what the opening of the new arrivals will look like? Can you hold the bag of fish, the utility knife and the walker? Lol. dmward1978
When I heard this on the live I was determined to buy anything I need (and some stuff I don’t) from Aquarium Co-Op. this is the kind of move all business need to make. Value your employees because they are the greatest asset in your business.

Mitch_ScruffyCityAquatics
It brought a smile to my face when I heard this news as well. Cory's determination to make the hobby better is the main reason why I spend money at Aquarium Co-Op when I can't get something local... and now that I think about it almost all of it is Aquarium Co-Op branded. Haha!

Eddie Dingle
In an older video I think I heard Cory mention $17 dollars an hour if my memory serves me correct, suffice to say I was impressed to hear that.
