nabokovfan87
December 2022 - 3 generations January 2019 - 2 generations This is the fry I found in the tank after weeks of focusing on the fry box and not the tank as much... HE WAS HUGE compared to the other fry. Color was vibrant, just a really beautiful little black corydoras. A bit of waiting to get this plant into the tank. Trying to find a good source and get the tank settled. It still isn't great, but I think this photo is a goal for me to obtain and motivation.... Please grow little Hygro! It is slightly difficult to explain why this photo is one of my favorites, but the depth here is just being able to wake up and see the sunrise through the tanks. I like waking up and being able to spend time watching the fish.... a photo is 1000 words and this one reminds me of a few 100 moments. 3
Odd Duck
I’m still crazy about this pic of my gold nugget pleco. He’s just coming back out of a phase where he was hiding a lot. I have no idea why he was. Now he’s finally back to more outgoing. This pic of my short fin blue-eyed lemon. I need to get a new pic. He’s grown up and so bristly now. So handsome! This pic of super red pleco babies. This pic of my big boy. I wish I had gotten a pic of him yesterday. The light was hitting him just right and he was shining sooooo blue! I was too slow. And finally this one from shortly after I set up the 100 G angel tank and the light was coming in the window just right. It’s not really of the fish, but I love how the light hits that rock cluster on the right side. Beardedbillygoat1975
I’m a sucker for festivums and these 3 F1s from @Dean’s Fishroomare sensational. The camouflage pattern on the female red eye red tail puffer makes it a challenge in a heavily planted breeding tank. L181 plecos are coming along nicely. Starting to see some secondary sexual characteristics and maybe by Summer/Fall we’ll have these lovelies breeding. The colors on my adult electric blue Acaras pair keeps me going with them. The Aves Creeks are really blending in beautifully with the tank. Blueberry tetras. When the fish room is really setup these fish will be ones I’ll try hard to breed. This is why I love lotuses they just house and frame fish so well. I grabbed a Chihiros cheaply off a club member and the Opae ula are popping! Loads more red. Think I’ll feed them some red foods for a couple weeks to support the beautiful color. 4

jwcarlson
CPDs... these things are so hard to take pictures of! Because this a pretty fish... One of my hongsloi pairs. One of the females *hopefully* on wigglers right now. I got a kick out of this guy the other day, floating around on his algae parachute, he looked pretty confused as far as snails go. jwcarlson
@nabokovfan87 What kind of corys are those in the first picture? Fish are so hard to get good pictures of. Then, when I get a decent picture I look at it and see how dirty the glass is. Why is my glass always dirty even when I just cleaned it? 😄

I’ve been editing my pics with the regular iPhone editor and I’ve had Lightroom downloaded for the longest time 😭 I followed his tutorial and here’s what I came up with. I should’ve been using Lightroom all this time to separate the background. Couldn’t entirely separate the background on this one cause the some colors match with the betta also sorry for Hijacking this thread with my photos ✌🏻
