  1. Seachem Excel can be toxic if over dosed if you have add more then the recommend amount that could be the cause of the symptoms your seeing I can't say for sure that the cause if it is suffering from swim bladder you want to do Epsom salt baths 1 table spoon for 1 gallon for no more than 15 minutes for 5 days as Epsom salt acts as a muscle relaxant to help relieve pressure on the swim bladder @Zesul
  2. The fact that the eyes have sunken isn't a good sign with Bristlenose it mean there very sick it can be a sign of starvation have you noticed it eat anything and does it have a sunken belly also it looks more like secondary bacterial infections on the site of the net injury I would Keep treating with maracyn and salt 1 table spoon for 3 gallons I wouldn't go above that with Bristlenose as they can be sensitive to salt
  3. If often difficult to pin point cause it just a process of elimination with symptoms your fish have hopefully medication I recommended will have the desired effect keep me updated if you notice any other symptoms
  4. It could be encapsulated nematode worms in the muscle tissue or internal tissue damage caused by an injury if it's nematode worms I would treat with Fritz Expel p once a week for 4 weeks
  5. It a quarter of a packet every time you make a new batch of the medicated food not daily
  6. Sorry to hear that hopefully the medication I recommended get this shorted and you don't lose any more fish @FishGuy919
  7. I would stop the salt treatment and I would monitor for next two weeks it can take weeks for a fish to recover from nitrate poisoning if that was the cause the best way to lower nitrate is by adding plants water lettuce does really well in goldfish tank you could try Elodie or add some emergen plants such as porthos am going to tag @Guppysnailas they uses a lot of emergen plants as I have very little experience with them

    Red spots in pleco

Looks like it's scraped it self on something in the tank and injured that area you could add a small amount aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 3 gallons and some Indian almond leaves as they have antibacterial and antifungal properties and just monitor for the next couple of days if it's showing no signs of improvement then I would go a head and treat with a broad spectrum antibiotic treatment such as kanaplex @Nrsh

    White Growth?

What I would do is leave for next couple of days and monitor to see if it shrinks even more if it doesn't then I would do a second round of kanaplex
  10. You want Maracyn2 not maracyn
  11. Looks like epistylis it feeds off gram negative bacterial on the slim coat of your fish and spreads more quickly at higher temperatures you want to treat with maracyn2 in food feeding a small amount twice a day for 7 days and ick X to treat the tanks @bruiser821kanaplex isn't very well absorbed by the intestinal tract so it's not very effective in food
  12. It's difficult to tell off your picture what's going as white Fuzz on the mouth can be a fungal infections or columnaris what I would do is treat with aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 1 gallon and do a course kanaplex the salt will treat any possible fungal infection and kanaplex will treat any possible bacterial component @Any Huit
  13. Low levels of salt are fine with Bristol nose plecos it will aid Gill function and add essential electrolytes which is beneficial during treatment
  14. I use prime one bottle last me nearly a year good value for money
  15. kH and GH are very important to livebearers if they are to low you can get a lot of heath problems and deaths due to lack of minerals I would recommend getting a test kit for GH and kH if you don't have one update with the results @Gigi
  16. It's difficult to tell if your ammonia is 0 or 0.25 might a have slight hint of green your nitrates look raised I would aim to keep them at no more than 40ppm your pH is on the higher side for goldfish they do best in a range of 6.5-7.5 but that shouldn't be causing the symptoms your seeing I would do a water change when ever your nitrate get above 40ppm I would also test your tap water to see whether you have nitrate in your tap water @Ceci
  17. No don't add maracyn this time
  18. What you can do is two 50% water changes or one 50% water change and run active carbon for 24hr before starting a second course of treatment
  19. I would quarantine and treat with API fungus cure as @Fish Folksuggested and add a Small amount of aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 5 gallons @joyce
  20. If it's not a prolapse what is would do if you can is quarantine and treat with aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 3 gallons as it could be a fluid filled lump and the salt will help reduce the fluid buildup @SavannaNeniska
  21. as your having reoccurring problems with the Cory's in this tank doing I would do a more aggressive treatment with ick X and and aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 3 gallons ick X is more effective as it contains formaldehyde and malachite green @Cinnebuns
  22. What I would do is stop adding the salt back in after water changes if you have your nitrate below 40ppm with nitrate poisoning it can take days to weeks depending on the severity of nitrate poisoning and how long your fish was exposed to the elevated levels of nitrates to recover I would leave it another week if your fish get worse or you see any other symptoms give an update before then and we can discuss other treatment options
  23. It's difficult to tell from your your picture it could be a prolapse from the vent correct me if am wrong if it is Epsom salt baths 1 table spoon for 1 gallon for no more than 15 minutes for 5 days as Epsom salt acts as a muscle relaxant to help your fish reabsorb the prolapse @SavannaNeniska
  24. Gill flukes can cause the Gill's to become pale and inflamed hampering the regular breathing process if a fish is having problems flapping his Gill's naturally he may spit food out due to the limitations
