Ok l will try my best to be careful and then feed them good and treat them well afterwards. Thank You for the help I have been stressing over it but you relieved all of my stress.

I was wondering if it would be alright if I rescaped my tank with some Pygmy Cories and amano Shrimp in the tank?

They are the only fish in the tank. I assume they are Ok health wise because they haven’t declined in health. I also don’t want to medicate them if I don’t need to. I was think about putting dither fish in the tank but I want to breed the Pygmy Cories so that wouldn’t work. I do have some Amano Shrimp in the tank with them.

Hi, I have 6 Pygmy Cories in a ten gallon and they are super shy even thought I have a heavily planted tank with water wistera and lots of other plants including duckweed so that the light isn’t too bright. My water parameters are great yet they still hide out in the corners and they freak out when I come up to the tank. I have had them in the tank for about 4 months and I have no other clue of how to get them to come out. Any suggestions? Thank You!!

You are lucky because one of my lfs doesn’t take hobbyist’s fish and the other one lowballs me every time.

I have a school of 6 Pygmy Cories and they do the same thing. They only hang out at the bottom tucked away behind some of my decor. It makes me super sad that they never come out.

I have a small heater but it heats it up way to much any recommendations for a better heater?

The temp fluctuated and probably got as high as 84 degrees and as low as 68 degrees. The air wasn’t off long.

They looked like they have hatched but then died because they look like little white Brine Shrimp bodies.

I have been hatching baby brine Shrimp for the second time and I had an issue. I turned off the air to harvest them after 24 hours and their were a ton of them at the bottom and only a few were moving in the water column. What should I do?

I am excited to hatch my first brine shrimp. I would feed them to some Pygmy Cory Cats and some guppies. I was wondering if I don’t strain them and put the salt in the tank will it hurt the Pygmy Cories since they don’t have scales.

Hello, I have had Pygmy Cories for awhile now and have really wanted to breed them. Any help because so far they haven’t spawned.
