  1. @Vipersnake I am sorry I don't have an image of the tank. An employee took the tank home, as the space the tank was in will be an entrance to the expansion side. There were crypts, anubias nana petite, bucephalandra and pearlweed in the tank, the last I saw. There were a few pieces of dragon stone for hardscape. It is in the following video, but this was before our employee Jaden took over the tank. Jaden changed it a bit, his scape was my favorite before it left the store. I hope this helps.
  2. @JMS I jumped back into work mode. We have a new pump headed out for you tomorrow. Have a great night~
  3. @JMS if you haven't already email us. I am off Tuesday's and Friday's. Robert will happily take care of you tomorrow. I don't know of this is fixable to have a reliable pump. We can get you a new one. Thanks so much!
  4. I emailed you a bit ago in response to the review. 🙂 ~Candi
  5. The stickers are randomly appearing in orders again. They are not assigned to specific orders, it is literally the luck of the draw out of a box on the packer station. Every order may not receive a sticker, they are not a scanned item on the order. We have no control over what sticker goes into the orders. Enjoy the Free stickers!!!!! 😍
  6. @Tanked The light was delayed, due to Covid shutting the facility where the light is being manufactured. We HOPE, and hope is a big word, that the light may be in stock Mid December. Keep in mind, all the stars, planets, and grass blades must aligned to make this a reality, but we are hoping. I am not sure who you spoke with in Emails, that didn't provide you with good information, my apologies for that. I am off on Tuesday's and Friday's. We offer text message notification not email notification on product in stock. I believe there is a limit to how many people can receive that text notification so there is a limitation there. We have had the light listed on the website for a couple of months, as we expected the light to be in stock much sooner. We have the light listed so everyone can have access to the information about the light, sizes, specs, and price. I am not sure why emails would begetting rejected, @Cory would be one for that, if there is an issue on the website, I know a slight change was made yesterday. If you are emailing shipping@aquariumcoop.com, your email should get to me. ] Let me know how else I can help ~Candi
  7. Hey Leo, @Leo2o915 that video filmed was in Germany. I don't know who they sell to in the US. Maybe Cory does? Maybe you can email them, but the website is in German of course. Here is the contact us email address: https://aquahaus-gaus.de/l/contact Hope this helps you!
  8. @Guppysnail @guppmanThey should be restocked by this afternoon. Now that I have said that out loud, everyone knock on wood, that I didn't jinx it. In theory, as long as all the stars, moons, and planets align, and the trucking company doesn't screw something up, Cory, Randy and crew should be unloading the container today.
  9. @Beardedbillygoat1975 currently stock is showing all Linear air piston pumps at the Everrett Warehouse, but I am sure we could get a few in stock at the retail store. @Cory right?
  10. @Torrey Here is the link to be notified when Cory goes live. https://www.aquariumcoop.com/pages/youtubenotifications However, he doesn't send them out when it is a member only stream, talk, or event, because subscribers can sign up for alerts too, and would be rubbed the wrong way if a text alert were to go out, and they cannot participate. ☺️
  11. @Corbidorbidoodle I responded to your email a few hours ago. 🙂
  12. @Torrey you are most welcome. So very happy I could help you in being successful getting your accounts linked. Thank you for the continued support of our Aquarium Co-op family. Nice video.
  13. @Apulo a pipette can be used to dose the tanks that need less than 1ml. https://www.aquariumcoop.com/products/3ml-pipette?_pos=1&_sid=d0bdf08ef&_ss=r
  14. Thank you @Leo2o915 I do my best. We appreciate you and your support.
  15. @Leo2o915 sorry for the delayed repsonse, I saw my name tagged, and didn't remember to come back to the forum to answer. Totally normal. We have a great blog article written as to why this happens. Why is My Cryptocoryne Plant Melting? https://www.aquariumcoop.com/blogs/aquarium/why-is-my-cryptocoryne-plant-melting?_pos=1&_sid=9847eb741&_ss=r
  16. @BAT Email me, with a video of the pump plugged in and running, so we can hear. We will get a new one out to you. We won't need the air pump returned, just the video. shipping@aquariumcoop.com 🙂

  20. We haven't carried this food before. When testing it wasn't one that we found the fish to love. This won't be one that we carry.
  21. Thanks I'll send this frequently asked question in emails your way... kidding...thanks for the info, really.
  22. Yes, I will be attending the Fishtoberfest this weekend in Portland.
  23. There is a tab on the website under "club" it lists the upcoming events: https://www.aquariumcoop.com/pages/events
  24. Having products available when you want to order them is our number one priority. We work tirelessly with our vendors to keep all the products we offer in-stock. Unfortunately, disruptions in the supply chain occur and impact our ability to keep certain items in-stock. When an item is out-of-stock, customers naturally want to know when it will be available for purchase again and reach out Aquarium Co-Op Customer Service. Providing estimated restock dates are not possible for Aquarium Co-Op as many times the vendors themselves are unaware of when items will become available again, or we are given vague guesses. This is further exaggerated with live aquarium plants with growth rates susceptible to many natural conditions. Our advice is to follow us on social media, as we’ll usually announce items become available again, or periodically check in on our website. We don’t want to set an expected date of arrival and miss it. The last thing we want to do is cause an interruption in your plans.
