Theresa W
Please allow me to introduce my year-old female bristlenose pleco, Lemony Suck-It. She lives in a 30-gallon tank with some harlequin rasboras, long-fin rainbowfish, melon barbs, assorted corys, an accidental molly farm, and three nerite snails. Theresa W
Thank you! She was about three-quarters of an inch long when she arrived, and I remember squealing with childlike delight when I saw her. I mean, how could I not? It's been very gratifying to watch her grow up and to get to know her as an individual pet. She's about to become a surrogate mom because a friend had surprise baby bn plecos due to juvenile gender confusion. I'm keeping my fingers (and imaginary fins) crossed that she'll accept the newbie. I can post occasional progress reports. 🤞
