You can get these black streaks in the tail with ammonia burn what your ammonia level

If they still have clamped fins in couple of weeks and your water parameters are fine something else could be going monitor and give us an update if you have any issues

I wouldn't consider euthanizing your fish flukes can be treated with the appropriate medication and treatment intervals Jungal fungus isn't effective at treating flukes with prazipro you want to do 4 full courses of treatment two weeks apart so you would treat week 1 week 3 week 5 week 7 add the dose of prazipro on day 1 and leave it a week before water change it out

You can get carbon sponges or pellets that you put in a media bag in your filter if it say it has active carbon remove and replace with a normal sponge pad

If she's not eating dose the tank you can use general cure in food he's a recipe you can add a small amount of aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 10 gallons that will aid Gill function and add essential electrolytes and add an extra air stone during treatment
