    How many could I fit in a 40 breeder I’m in college so tank size is limited? They would also have to be in there for 2 to 3 years max?

    So I have two discus one is a larger and the other is smaller I thought they were a pair, but today they were fighting, and the bigger ones tail has some tears in it. And possible some on his side fins hard to tell. Is there a way to heal them? Any help great I am going to trade in the one for another.

    Ok awesome my discus right now are at 82 so I will raise the temp. I have another question I have a ehime heater and I can’t figure it out I have it set at 89 degrees and it will get to 82 degrees am I doing something wrong?

    Ok thank you very much for answering. I am a pretty new discus dad so I want to make sure I’m giving them the best life I can for now till I get out of college.

    I feed frozen blood worms, along with beef heart flakes, xtreme krill flakes, and frozen beef heart cubes the day before my water changes. I test my water every two weeks with a master kit and have perfect in every category. My last question is will they be fine for three years max in this before I can upgrade it will most likely be two years.

    Hi guys I know I have came on to here and have asked that same question multiple times, but I never get a definitive answer I am in college so my tank size is maxed out for Two years max of 3 and it is a 40 breeder. I have a pair of discus and 3 panda garas. Is the tank overstocked and can the discus get to full size in there then after college I get a 125. Also does aquarium co op have a phone number ? Thankyou for any information. New light is coming.

    They are always swimming together just trying to find out if they are male and female and they are always right next two each other one seems a little bigger than the other any help is great. Their Very active, and them and 3 panda garas are in a 40B I'm in college so that is the max tank size I can have will they be fine in there for three years and could the two discus get to full growth and live comfortably.

    Hi I have a question I have a 40 breeder with a pair of discus not full grown, 1 L139 gold nugget pleco, and 3 panda garas. First off currently is it overstocked, and secondly when everything is full grown will it be overstocked. If Corey and Dean could respond that would be great but I will take any info from anyone. I'm limited with tank size due to college.

    I really would like to know if it is I have a pair of discus almost full grown, 1 L193 gold nugget pleco, and 3 panda garas. Is the tank overstocked I talked to my local fish store any info is great. Also just to give more information for an better answer the discus are between a baseball and softball. And also will the discus eat xtreme community flakes?

    I have a question I really want to make sure my tank is not overstocked I have a pair of discus 3 panda garas and 1 full grown L193 gold nugget pleco. From talking to my local fish store it sounds like I don't but any incite please.

    I have a 40 breeder with 2 violet discus they are a pair I also have 1 L193 gold nugget pleco. The tank is pretty heavily planted new fluval 3.0 light coming in my last one died. I have a fluval 207 canister filter. I check my water every two weeks and everything is perfect. This is my college tank. The two discus and pleco are the only fish in there is that overstocked? I have two more years of college so most likely afterwards I would get a 125 but could the discus get to full grown and the pleco is already full grown and live in the 40 breeder? The second picture is an old one.

    hey I would go with the fluval canister filters way quieter, a little more money but one hundred percent worth it and in my opinion a better filter.

    Hi I have a 20 long heavy planted with 4 juvenile pea puffers. their current filter is an aqua clear 30. I have a 40 breeder with fluval 207 canister filter and love it. Could I do a fluval 207 canister filter on the 20 long. Or would that be too powerful for the pea puffers. There is really no information on line. I want to keep the tank as clean as possible but do not want to stress the puffers any info would be great. Thank you.
