    I like the Rummy Nose Tetra idea, it just seems like 15 gallons is not enough room for them. Do you have experience with this?

    Yes the original plan was just to get some neon tetras, because they are so cheap, but I then realized I don't want the reason I get a fish to be because I can save 20 bucks. I have researched so many at this point, but other peoples experiences are so helpful. Thank you, I will check out the Beckford's pencilfish.

    If you had to choose one schooling/shoaling fish for a 15 gallon tank, regardless of price, what would you choose? There are just so many options. I am going to add a school of 8 to my tank with sparkling gourami's, but I wanted everyone's opinions first. What have been your favorites??? Thanks everyone!

    I am looking for any ideas on good decor/hiding places to put in my 10 gallon tank with my CPO Dwarf Crayfish. I know there are lots of options but has anyone done anything that turned out cool and the crayfish used often? Thanks!

    Yes. It led to the age old topic with my girlfriend asking if I was "jumping into this too fast" and me having to explain "they were on sale". This is the start of something great haha.

    Does this sound familiar to anyone? Two months ago I had never even thought of having an aquarium. After randomly watching a youtube video, and then another, and another, and discovered Cory and Aquarium Co-Op, and Dean, and another, and another.....I now have three aquariums. I am only using 1 so far, because I could realize I was rushing into things haha, but I have plans for the others. Excited to be a part of this Forum and I will add pictures as I get it all up and rolling. I hope to chat with you all!

    That helps a lot. Thank you. In the tank are 10 neon tetras and 2 dwarf gourami. It is a new tank, as I am new to the hobby. The fish will be in the tank 2 months when I have to leave. It is a planted tank. I will be gone for 3 days. Yes the lights are on a timer.
