  1. I think it is a ruptured swim balder (see photo of dark spot)
  2. I was looking at my aquarium and noticed one of my wcmm struggling to stay up in the water column. I put a cube of freeze dried brine shrimp (all my fish love it even my cories become upside down catfish to get some! And some times they gorge them selves so much that they begin to slightly float do to the food; so I was trying to negate the fishes negative buoyancy) but wouldnt you know it all my fish (including my nocturnal adf are up and eating it) besides my wcmm who is in the corner sitting there, all my fish were okay yesterday; but im not sure if its a trick of the light/eye but it kind of looks like that it has a dark spot (it isnt normally there) help!!
  3. i havent seen eggs ( even if I did they would get eaten very quickly, especially because I i cant make a 3rd tank)
  4. very cool fish i love their fin placement, ive heard they are a pain to keep though
  5. i mean i love them but some times they nibble at the cories because they are blind i know about rope fish but they go on land!? holy piss your right!
  6. My South American inspired 40 gal! Note the panda cories on the rocks next to the filter (they have claimed it and it is theirs) Some skrimp eating dying water lettuce because only have 1 light that lights half the tank : (

  18. She isn’t peeing she is spraying (marking) we have had all of them for many years and it’s been a bit of a constraint thing most of them do like once a month. We also have 2 boxes upstairs, 1 on the upstairs landing, 1 on the downstairs landing and 1 in the basement. They don’t use them very often because most just do their business outside
  19. No it’s mostly because we have 4 cats, and they are constantly in a war of territory, we love her and it was mostly a joke
  20. One dream aquarium would be astronomically large and filled with some neon or dwarf Indonesian (because billions of tiny fish would be awesome!) Got to love the native fish!
  21. Most people seen to be focusing on aquarium fish (which is fine!) but it can be anything for example, coelacanths definitely top the charts for me! Can’t forget chimeras!!! Same I don’t have 1 favorite fish I love them all!
  22. What is your favorite fish? Doesn’t even have to be for aquarium, just coolest most rad fish!
