FrozenFins
The first picture is a clown loach, right? Because it doesn't say clown loach on the list. Edited January 9, 2021 by James Black
Connor
Do you currently have super red bristlenose plecos available? I'm planning on making the drive up soon and I want to make sure the fish I'm after are there.

Streetwise
I love these threads even from across the country. What are some of the hard-to-find species that are the most exciting to see on your wholesale lists? FrozenFins
agree with @Streetwise always nice to see these lists even though we know we probably won't be getting our hands on them. Its cool to see what you guys have vs what my lfs has. For example in Manitoba (Canada) hatchet fish are rare because the stores cant get their hands on them anymore. I can see that you guys have hatchetfish now and it seems to not be a problem in the USA. Edited January 10, 2021 by James Black
Augustjd27
@Robertany idea if any of the Agassizi Double Reds are female? I picked up a pair a couple weeks ago but they turned out to both be male.
Robert
@Augustjd27I don't think I have any females currently
Robert
@Streetwisethat's a fairly open question there for me. I love Lake Tanganyika stuff so one fish list I always look that section over and see what kind of shell dwellers and tropheus they have in stock. Now in terms of things for the store. I always look right away at the oddball section so puffers, eels, bichirs that's where I get really excited. I have also grown very fond of unique rare livebearers too. So if I see a new kind of molly or swordtail I try to order them. For example of a cool rare sword would be Xiphophorus montezumae, the Montezuma swordtail which I believe I brought in only once so far. 1

Dmmurray
Very nice list! Love all the oddball fish you had there on saturday, too. Actually, love all your fish, they are always so healthy, and happy. And, thanks again for all your help, Robert. The bolivian rams are doing good, and your so right...more is better. The first ram I got(Butch) colored up instantly, when I brought the 3rd one home. Bright red and white strips on the fins even! Awesome fishes!

epond83
Sorry if this info is somewhere but I can't find it. Beyond the listed store hours, are there any special circumstances need to shop for fish in the store right? Besides the obvious face mask and maintain distance of coarse. Robert
@epond83 we require face mask and social distancing. We do do temperature checks when you enter the shop though. We also only allow one party per work associate as well. Wait times to get in the shop are typically less during the week than the weekends. Please come prepared with of list of things that you are looking for. Once inside we do ask that you spend no more than 20 minutes inside so we can keep the customer flow smooth. KyleKVK
Do you guys take fish that need to be rehomed? I have an Apistogramma that I recently found out was a second male (sneaker) and I don’t have the tank space for two males. I’d love to trade it for a female if possible. Jdo123
Alright, when are the goldfish restocking 😩
Robert
@KyleKVKwe can rehome fish as donation. Please bring them in Monday-Friday as weekends are extremely busy. I did get some lionheads in the other day so probably a week out on those.
