RyanR
I have a 29 gallon that I want to put an Anubias in an Easy Planter. It's going in the back cornet to try and hide the heater and an airline. Which one of the Anubias is the tallest?
H.K.Luterman
The largest I've seen commonly for sale is Anubias barteri "Broadleaf." You might have some luck looking on Aquabid for some already grown out a bit. Any reason you want anubias specifically?
lefty o
i dont know all of them, but all ive ever seen, the big anubias get about 6" tall max. now if you glue one to a piece of wood etc, it will slowly climb the wood and look taller.
RyanR
Thanks. I'm looking to stick with a common variety, and I guess I should have asked, what's the tallest of the common Aubias? Edited January 6, 2021 by RyanR
lefty o
https://www.aquariumcoop.com/collections/live-plants/products/anubias-barteri it is relatively common, still doesnt get super tall, and grows slow like all anubias.
Andy's Fish Den
Anubias coffeefolia will grow tall, and its available from the co-op. Anubias Coffeefolia | Fish Tank Plants | Live Aquarium Plants for Sale - Aquarium Co-Op
Fonske
Anubias hastifolia grows pretty tall (there is a thread about it here on the forum). Another option is Anubias gracilis, it has very pretty leaves on long petioles, if you can get it.
