What is this algae? It’s really thick and stays together when I brush it off….. thoughts? Is there such thing as purple algae? There is like 6 different kinds of algae in my tank so I don’t even know at this point 😅

Yes, my anubias has a lot of algae on it, but not black beard. Thanks guys

Olace the plant in an uncovered dish. Pour a fresh opened bottle of seltzer on it. Allow it to sit in the dark for 9-12 hours.
